As I reached my November target of 45 pressups today, I'll set a new one for December. To be able to to do 50 consecutive pressups.
Looked up what people recommend for food before a long run, pasta seems good, so I had fresh pasta, tomato and basil sauce from M&S, and some roasted baby tomatoes and peppers. Unfortunately the kids found the donuts too, so I had a donut. Also had that yogurt drink.
I have recently run a few races and got some PBs. I ran the Rainow 5 in 42:24 which was a few minutes off my PB set in 2012. Here are some charts to show for other races:
