Effect of caffeine - 87.1kg

Yesterday I drank a lot of caffeine and last night I noticed that I felt much stronger on the run.

I ended up running 44:44 which is my best performance of 2014 and 7th best of all time. If I knock another 2 minutes off I will be working on my best ever time.

Today I got my BMI below 25 for the first time in 2014. Currently 24.99

Targets for May 2014:

1. Run some longer runs. Up to Shining Tor would be good.
2. Complete some races. Got two planned.
3. Reduce weight to below 86kg - new target 85kg
4. Get stomach to 93cm
5. Continue to watch diet and drinking
6. Start planning how to maintain
