John managed to get me looking very la-de-da in this. It looks like I'm hardly moving, but probably doing about 12/15 mph of this final downhill.
It is a while since I posted anything up, feel like I have lots to say but where to start. Here are a few highlights: 1. Been maintaining my weight at between 80 and 84kg consistently for 2 years now. Currently at 80.6kg. I still weigh pretty much every day 2. Running regularly but not obsessively at the moment, I keep running with my friend L which makes for slower and more enjoyable runs. 3. Been focusing on my mental health with much mindfulness, buddhism and happiness practices 4. My llife is more balanced, with changes at home, with S and L, T and E. 5. Drink is no longer a part of my life, I will never go back to that old life I will post more details at some point soon.
Looked up what people recommend for food before a long run, pasta seems good, so I had fresh pasta, tomato and basil sauce from M&S, and some roasted baby tomatoes and peppers. Unfortunately the kids found the donuts too, so I had a donut. Also had that yogurt drink.
